The Timor Mountain Sunrise (Lorosae in tetum) is a classic style bold and malty specialty coffee with dark chocolate and citrus notes.

It is a washed processed coffee made from hand seelcted coffee cherry which is then pulped and fermented for 48 hours before drying on raised drying beds.

it is a medium roast with body and richness that makes it a crowd pleaser!
